Det är Våår!!


Ett litet sångtips nu när äntligen solen e här!!

Spring i en behaglig takt - inget pressande ..ingen militärdisciplin utan mer typ Bob Marley♫♪♥
Andas in på två steg och ut på sju steg..och spring på det sättet i 30 men helst 45 min..3 gånger i veckan. Då kommer andning sångkropp på plats:D!
