Singing!

So I work night and day - almost - with Jakten på Julia! 10 singers/dancers/musicalartists - becoming the Julia of Måns.
It´s intensiv and fun!
How to make the most out of it? Give the girls as much inspiration and knowledge as possible...?
It´s hard - because every week they need to learn new solo song -new opening act and also knowing what cameras to work with and so on...
Pure singing always comes very last..Especially since they were elected because of their singing capacity
